HIGH GEAR collects as little as it can. This page explains what the site stores, what the inquiry form sends, and how to reach us about it.
What the site stores in your browser
The age confirmation is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked on every page. Nothing in it identifies you, and it never leaves your device. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
What the inquiry form sends
When you submit the wholesale or contact form we receive the details you type: company, name, email, country, sales channel, expected volume and your message. The form is delivered to our mailbox as an email through our email provider, Resend. We use it only to answer your inquiry and to follow up on a business relationship you asked about.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we are in contact with you about a possible or ongoing business relationship. Write to us at any time and we will delete them.
Who else processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel, which handles the web requests and keeps short-lived technical logs. Form emails pass through Resend. Both act on our instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
